Our program encompasses a variety of tools and techniques, including but not limited to:

A dynamic soft orthosis that promotes proper alignment and muscle activation for optimal movement patterns.

Universal Exercise Unit

The Universal Exercise unit is a system combined with pulleys and bungees that allow for the coordination of muscle groups to promote functional movements

Weight-Assisted Gait Training

Bodyweight -assisted gait therapy uses a support system on the treadmill to improve efficiency with ambulation and improve overall muscle endurance

Redcord/Neurac is a treatment aimed at restoring functional movement patterns through body weight supported exercises with use of slings and elastic bungees

Electrical Stimulation

Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (which targets motor nerves) and TENS (which targets sensory nerves) are techniques used to elicit a muscle contraction or decrease pain by using electrical impulses.

Task Specific Electrical Stimulation

focuses on the use of task-specific neuromuscular stimulation (NMES) to help improve a motor task through learning with improvements in muscle strength and range of motion

Cuervas Medek Exercises

A dynamic technique provoking postural responses to progress one’s the development and balance strategies

Whole Body Vibration

Whole body vibration is a therapeutic intervention that allows the individual to increase the loading on the muscle, reducing muscle tone, increased muscle strengthening as well as bone density

Manual Therapy

Techniques using skilled hand and passive movements of the joints and soft tissue to improve tissue extensibility, increased range of motion, mobilize joints, reduce soft tissue restriction and promote relaxation
