The Neurac Method is a system to assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal pain and neuromuscular disorders. The Neurac method is an active treatment to restore functional movement patterns through suspension exercises. With the use of gradual, workload-specific, exercise progressions, the aim is to restore pain-free movement to improve function. Not only can the results work particularly well for neuromuscular disorders (low back and pelvic pain, neck disorders, shoulder and arm dysfunctions, and lower extremity disorders).
