Amy Eapen Director of Related Services

Amy Eapen, PT, DPT. Amy attended Northeastern University where she has received a Bachelor’s of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) and Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Amy is Early Intervention Certified and has experience working with babies from 2lbs when they are released from the NICU. Amy specializes in Neuro and Pediatric Physical Therapy. Amy is certified in the Therasuit Method. In addition, Amy obtains a certificate to practice as a Level 1 CME (Cuervas Medek Exercises) Therapist. Amy has also appeared on numerous television broadcasts and is considered a leading expert in her field.

Amanda Kannengeiser, PT, DPT Clinical Supervisor

Amanda is a Senior Physical Therapist and Leading Clinical Supervisor who joined the Keep Moving Forward Inc. Team in April of 2016. Amanda attended Quinnipiac University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Science Studies with a minor in psychology in 2009 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2013.  Amanda’s passion is for working with pediatric and patients with neurological involvement to help each individual live life to their fullest potential. Amanda is New York State Early Intervention certified and has provided services in a variety of settings. She has worked extensively in schools, to help children be successful in their educational environment.  She has been a founder of the GoBabyGo! Long Island chapter to provide mobility to children of all abilities. She has completed her Neurac level 1 certification for RedCord, Reflex Integration certification and continues to further her education in numerous courses. When not at Keep Moving Forward Inc. you will find Amanda training for a half marathon, riding her stationary bike to the beat of music or at a New York Mets game.

Jennifer Lobodzic, PT, DPT, Sr Physical Therapist 

Jennifer Lobodzic, PT, DPT. Jennifer attended Binghamton University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, and California University where she received her Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences. Jennifer recently graduated from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).  Throughout her training, she has had experience in a variety of settings including general outpatient orthopedics, inpatient acute care, and inpatient critical care rehabilitation. She has a strong passion for pediatric and adult neurological rehabilitation. She has taken advanced manual therapy courses in spine, extremities, and myofascial manipulation from the University of St. Augustine. Jennifer is also an LSVT-Big certified clinician for Patients with Parkinson’s Disease, and plans to take more continuing education courses focused on pediatrics and neurology. She has always enjoyed working with children, teaching dance and swimming to children ranging from 2-16 years old. She loves being able to help children develop the confidence and ability to reach their goals through therapy that is fun and personalized for every child.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog! She enjoys traveling, reading, playing games, puzzles, and any water activity, especially snorkeling!

Elizabeth Haberman PT, DPT, Physical Therapist 

Elizabeth Haberman, PT, DPT. Elizabeth attended The University at Buffalo where she received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Elizabeth specializes in pediatric and neuro PT and is Early Intervention certified. She has evaluated and treated pediatric patients from birth to 21 years old. She treated children and young adults in school, clinic, and home settings to maximize skill development and safety when navigating the environment. Elizabeth is trained in the TheraSuit method, received a Neurac level one certification in the RedCord method, and has completed kinseotape certification.  In addition to her time at Keep Moving Forward, Elizabeth has coached a competitive gymnastics team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Carly Cordano, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist

Carly Cordano, PT, DPT. Carly attended Quinnipiac University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Science Studies with a minor in psychology in 2018, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2021. Carly has experienced working in a variety of settings throughout her training and initial years practicing, including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient pediatric acute care, sports therapy, school based therapy and outpatient pediatrics. Carly’s passion for pediatrics began as she helped direct a 12 hour Dance Marathon to benefit children at a local hospital. Throughout her time practicing, she has developed a special interest in working with patients with neurological involvement, especially in pediatrics. She has completed her DMI level A training and is eager to continue to learn more and take additional courses to expand her knowledge! In her spare time, Carly loves to enjoy the company of her friends and family. When not at work, you can typically find her at the gym, traveling or relaxing outside.

Michelle Bueti, PT, DPT

Michelle Bueti, PT, DPT, CSCS received her doctorate degree from New York University in 2018. Michelle has multiple years of pediatric experience, working in a variety of setting including sub-acute rehab, long term care, intensive outpatient rehab and home-based settings. She has treated patients from birth to 30 years of age with a variety of neurological, orthopedic, genetic and post-surgical diagnoses.
Michelle has been trained in providing various standardized assessments to monitor progress and has experience with orthotic and adaptive equipment management. She has participated in early pediatric research, specifically highlighting the feasibility and safety of Trexo Robotics and had an opportunity to present these findings at the AACPDM and APTA Pediatric Conferences. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds a DMI Introductory Level A Certification.

When not at Keep Moving Forward, Michelle loves spending time with her husband and son, Luca, in Brooklyn. She enjoys running, soccer, traveling and reading!
