Amy Eapen Director of Related Services
Amy Eapen, PT, DPT. Amy attended Northeastern University where she has received a Bachelor’s of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) and Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Amy is Early Intervention Certified and has experience working with babies from 2lbs when they are released from the NICU. Amy specializes in Neuro and Pediatric Physical Therapy. Amy is certified in the Therasuit Method. In addition, Amy obtains a certificate to practice as a Level 1 CME (Cuervas Medek Exercises) Therapist. Amy has also appeared on numerous television broadcasts and is considered a leading expert in her field.

Amanda Stay PT, DPT, Clinical Manager
Amanda is our Clinical Manager of our Smithtown location who joined the Keep Moving Forward Inc. Team in April of 2016. Amanda attended Quinnipiac University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Science Studies with a minor in psychology in 2009 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2013. Amanda’s passion is for working with pediatric and patients with neurological involvement to help each individual live life to their fullest potential. Amanda is New York State Early Intervention certified and has provided services in a variety of settings. She has worked extensively in schools, to help children be successful in their educational environment. She has been a founder of the GoBabyGo! Long Island chapter to provide mobility to children of all abilities. She has completed her Neurac level 1 certification for RedCord, TASES level 1, DMI Introductory Level C, Reflex Integration certification and continues to further her education in numerous courses. Amanda is currently a clinical instructor with Stonybrook University where she assists in fostering the passion and skills for physical therapy students. When not at Keep Moving Forward Inc. you will find Amanda at the beach, riding her stationary bike to the beat of music or at a New York Mets game.
Jennifer Lobodzic, PT, DPT, Sr Physical Therapist
Jennifer Lobodzic, PT, DPT. Jennifer is our Lead Clinical Supervisor in our Garden City Office, who joined the Keep Moving Forward team in October of 2020. Jennifer attended Binghamton University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, and California University where she received her Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences. Jennifer graduated from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Throughout her training, she has had experience in a variety of settings including general outpatient orthopedics, inpatient acute care, and inpatient critical care rehabilitation. She has a strong passion for pediatric and adult neurological rehabilitation. She has taken advanced manual therapy courses in spine, extremities, and myofascial manipulation from the University of St. Augustine. Jennifer is also an LSVT-Big certified clinician for Patients with Parkinson’s Disease. Jennifer is currently Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Introductory Level C certified, TASES level 1, and Total Motion Release (TMR) tots and teens level 2, and is certified in New York State Early Intervention. She has always enjoyed working with children, and she loves being able to help children develop the confidence and ability to reach their goals through therapy that is fun and personalized for every child.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog! She enjoys gardening, traveling, reading, playing games, and any water activity, especially snorkeling!
Elizabeth Haberman PT, DPT, Physical Therapist
Elizabeth Haberman, PT, DPT. Elizabeth attended The University at Buffalo where she received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Elizabeth specializes in pediatric and neuro PT and is Early Intervention certified. She has evaluated and treated pediatric patients from birth to 21 years old. She treated children and young adults in school, clinic, and home settings to maximize skill development and safety when navigating the environment. Elizabeth is trained in the TheraSuit method, received a Neurac level one certification in the RedCord method, and has completed kinseotape certification. In addition to her time at Keep Moving Forward, Elizabeth has coached a competitive gymnastics team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Angelee Delfin, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist
Angelee Delfin, PT, DPT. Angelee graduated from Kean University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and continued her studies in the Physical Therapy Program, earning her doctorate degree in 2023. She has experience across various patient populations and settings, including outpatient orthopedics, school-based physical therapy, and sub-acute care. Angelee discovered her passion for working with children with neuro-based diagnoses, in fifth grade during a school trip to perform plays at a children’s physical therapy center. The experience created a determination in her to help children reach their maximum rehabilitation potential. Since then, Angelee has dedicated herself to make a positive impact in patient’s lives through innovative physical therapy techniques. Angelee has completed DMI Introductory Level A and B training. In addition, Angelee participated and completed a Kinesiotaping Foundations course, reflecting her commitment to enhancing her clinical skills. In her free time, she loves spending quality moments with friends and family and enjoys traveling.
Carlee, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist
Carlee graduated as a physical therapist assistant in 2018 and jumped into pediatrics with full force. She began her career in home health focusing on medically fragile children and early intervention becoming certified as an early intervention provider. Since moving to New York in 2022 she has exposed herself to various settings including public schools in New York and New Jersey, home health, and now KMF. She is certified as a DMI level C clinician with other course completions in pediatric kinesiotaping, treating infants with plagiocephaly, purposeful play for gross motor development, and behavior.
When free time presents itself, Carlee enjoys being in the mountains, taking her tortoise on picnics, laughing with friends, going to basketball games, or snuggling up in a quilt her mom made to watch a good movie.
Sanal Alexander, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist
Sanal Alexander, PT, DPT, earned a Bachelor of Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from American International College. Sanal specializes in pediatric physical therapy, working with children and young adults to enhance motor development, functional mobility, and independence. With experience in various settings, including clinics and school setting. Sanal is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that support each child’s unique needs. In addition to clinical practice, Sanal enjoys staying active, exploring new professional development opportunities, and spending time with family and friends.
Alexa Hoovis, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist
Alexa is a licensed physical therapist with a passion for helping individuals optimize their mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Queens College in 2020 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University in. 2024. Her clinical focus is on working with people who have experienced spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries—supporting them through all phases of recovery and beyond. Whether it’s working to regain strength, improve balance, or adapt to new ways of moving, she is committed to helping her patients find progress, purpose, and confidence in every step of their journey.
Alexa believes physical therapy is more than just rehab—it’s a partnership built on trust, education, and perseverance. She feels incredibly fortunate to walk alongside her patients and celebrate every milestone with them.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her doing Pilates, cuddling with her pups, and scoping out new coffee shops with her fiancé.
